Meet Danielle Arias Human Resources Manager California

Say Hello to Danielle Arias our Human Resources Manager, California

Danielle directs the HR Department including payroll, benefits, work leave, overseeing on and offboarding as well as administration of our company policies and practices.  Joining LMS in January of 2017, she has been in the field since 2007 starting as a payroll clerk and moved into Human Resources Management 3 years later.  Working with us, she finds there is never a dull moment in the rebar industry.  She continues to learn about different aspects of the company and enjoys working with everyone on the LMS Team.

What can you find Danielle doing when she's not at work?  

She can be found spending time on her new garden or with family and friends and of course - her two pugs!
