Amanda Lucke Leads the LMS Academy

Since joining LMS in 2014 as an entry-level installer, Amanda has skyrocketed her career into a leadership position as LMS’ new Training Manager.  She is responsible for delivering LMS Academy’s curriculum to our workforce in all regions of operation. She works with our new hires and supports our apprentices as they prepare to challenge the Red Seal exam.

Her career path:  Amanda diligently worked to expand her knowledge and capability as she pursued her Red Seal and NCSO designations.  Her career progressed from Installer to Journeyman Ironworker to Foreman.  She is a shining example for all ironworkers – men and women alike
