July 26, 2020 – LMS Reinforcing Steel Group’s Charity Golf Tournament was an industry highlight for developers, builders and trades alike. In support of Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, the golf tournament was known for its themed costumes, playful golf course shenanigans and over-the-top prizes. The goal was to acknowledge and reward participants for their contributions to Canuck Place. On July 26, 2008, Richard Wardroper shot a hole-in-one and won himself a $240,000 Bentley from MCL Motor Cars. If that wasn’t enough, he also held the lucky ticket of the reverse draw where he won the grand prize – a vintage Rolls Royce Silver Shadow.
